You’re at week 33 of your pregnancy and your baby has put on some weight and grown a bit taller, averaging around 4.4 pounds and 17.3 inches in height. it’s at this stage your baby is constantly sucking on their thumb and practising swallowing. As a mom to be you will be pleased to know that at week 33 your baby’s nervous system  is usually fully developed.

Pregnancy Signs & Symptoms

During week 33 of your 40 week pregnancy, you would have most likely experienced at least three symptoms mentioned below

• bloating, cramping, or spotting
• backaches
• tiredness or fatigue
• headache
• irritability or mood swings
• nausea with or without vomiting
• frequent urination
• breast changes including tenderness, swelling, or tingling feeling, or noticeable blue veins
• raised basal body temperature
• mild pelvic cramping or discomfort without bleeding
• food cravings or aversions
• a heightened sense of smell
• metallic taste in the mouth
